About The Position

As a Caregiver with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to thrive. As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and helping to maintain their independence and dignity. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and attention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Help clients with mobility and transfer, including using wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices
- Monitor clients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including listening to their concerns and providing reassurance
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration
