About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential in-home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. This part-time role involves providing one-on-one care for a male client, enhancing their quality of life. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a trusted name in home care.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care to enhance the quality of life for clients.
Offer companionship.
Assist with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes).
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Administer medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA).
Minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed).
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart).
