Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring personality
- A genuine passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and daily living assistance
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes with varying shift options
