About The Position
Every day, Senior Helpers of New Port Richey Caregivers make a lasting impact that betters the lives of clients and their families. Caregivers provide one-on-one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The role involves matching caregiver expertise to the needs of seniors. This position is ideal for caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others, take pride in making a difference, and are interested in professional growth within the company.
Requirements
- Passion for helping others.
- Enjoyment of customer service and communicating with clients.
- Desire to help the community and make a difference in someone’s life.
- Pass Level II background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid vehicle registration.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
Responsibilities
- Engage in fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationships.
- Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
- Report on completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
