About The Position

Requirements
- Be 18+ years old.
- Have reliable personal transportation.
- Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance.
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent.
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Korean speaking ability.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with morning routines.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide assistance with daily activities.
- Help with personal hygiene.
- Prepare nutritious meals.
- Provide compassionate companionship.
