About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers in Sarasota to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. If you're looking for flexible shifts that fit your availability while doing meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you. Most of our current opportunities are weekday daytime shifts, making this a great opportunity for caregivers who prefer daytime work. We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers without CNA or HHA certification who have hands-on caregiving experience.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Clean Driving Record
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care
- Bathing and toileting assistance
- Providing companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Following individualized plans of care
- Communicating professionally with clients, families, and our office team
- Other duties as assigned
