About The Position

Assisting Hands Baltimore North is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers, CNAs, or individuals with equivalent experience to provide compassionate, reliable, and attentive care to clients in their homes. Requirements

• Active CNA license REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle & proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Must be 18+

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Multiple years of hands-on caregiving or CNA experience

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Deliver accurate medication reminders.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention practices.
• Prepare simple, client-appropriate meals.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly and professionally.
• Transport clients to medical appointments or essential errands.
