About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Inkster, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Flexible availability to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with mobility and light exercise as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow care plans and company policies to deliver high quality care.
