About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, and personal hygiene care.
Provide transportation assistance to clients.
Perform other light duties as assigned.
