About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Westfield, MA, and surrounding communities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of someone who needs support, whether you are an experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, Homemaker, or new to caregiving. The role involves providing one-on-one support to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, bringing companionship, dignity, reassurance, and peace of mind.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Committed to client safety and confidentiality
• Able to provide reliable transportation
• Work at least 20 hours per week (to qualify for sign-on bonus)
• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days (to qualify for sign-on bonus)

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
