About The Position

You will follow and assist with residents' daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and volunteers is key, as is maintaining accurate resident records and complying with facility, state, and federal requirements. You will also support a safe, clean, and home-like environment, respond to resident and household needs, and participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School education or equivalent required
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

• Participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules
• Collaborate with team members to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met

Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $18.00–$24.80 per hour, plus shift differentials ($1.50–$3.00)
