About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Pickens County and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting personal care, companionship, mobility, transportation, and daily activities. The company describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and promoting a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The role offers full-time and part-time schedule options, with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. The advertised pay rate is $15.50–$16.50 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
