About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is hiring an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver to provide care for a client in Jefferson, Georgia. The role involves helping clients with daily living and personal care, offering companionship and emotional support, and supporting safe, respectful care in the home. Applicants must have at least three years of caregiving experience and be able to follow care plans and company policies.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, approximately 25 hours per week. The posting also describes typical caregiver duties that may include shopping, errands, transportation, prescription pickup, and assistance with telehealth visits. Requirements

• At least 3 years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Support safe mobility and transfers as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
