About The Position
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role of a Caregiver at Sevita involves helping people grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships with the individuals served. Caregivers are empowered to take initiative in helping participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities. This includes supporting individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene. The position also involves supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
