About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain dignity, privacy, and independence. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and may support people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing aging. The role includes assisting with daily activities and performing other light duties as assigned. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to talk and listen.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
