About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking caring individuals to join our growing team as Caregivers, Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your journey in healthcare, we provide the support, training, and opportunities you need to succeed. We are hiring throughout Western Massachusetts, including Amherst, Ashfield, Athol, Bernardston, Blandford, Chester, Chesterfield, Conway, Cummington, Easthampton, Erving, Gill, Goshen, Granville, Greenfield, Hadley, Hawley, Heath, Leverett, Montgomery, Montague, Northampton, Northfield, Orange, Pelham, Rowe, Royalston, Russell, Shutesbury, Southampton, Southwick, Sunderland, Tolland, Turners Falls, Warwick, Wendell, Whately, and Westfield. Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or Homemaker is a plus-but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with transportation and errands
- Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes
