Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including dressing, grooming, using the bathroom, bathing or showering, walking, and transferring.
• Administer medications after completing medication training and under nurse delegation supervised by the Nurse Manager.
• Assist with resident meals, including serving and dining-room setup and cleanup.
• Provide light housekeeping, including dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, and vacuuming.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide assistance as needed.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
