About The Position

In our Continuous Care program, caregivers are matched to steady clients based on location, skills, availability, and personal preferences — not just who’s available first. We see caregivers as our clients, too. Our job is to support you, advocate for you, and place you in assignments where you can succeed and stay long-term.

Requirements

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Completed a Live Scan background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Fully open availability, weekday availability (ideally 5 days/week) or full weekend availability

Nice To Haves

• Experience with long-term client relationships
• Comfortable with dementia support

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and dementia support.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, and incontinence care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
• Utilize a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
