About The Position
Be part of a team that brings comfort, connection, and quality support to older adults at home! We’re hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs for part-time daytime positions offering flexible schedules and meaningful one-on-one care, from daily routines and personal assistance to friendly companionship. Positions are available in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, the University District, Lynnwood, Shoreline, West Seattle, Renton, and surrounding areas. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

- Weekend availability is appreciated.
- Prefer a high school degree or GED
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful connections through companionship and compassionate emotional support.
- Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence.
- Help keep clients’ homes safe, clean, and comfortable.
- Support transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
- Provide reliable, personalized care that enhances comfort, safety, and quality of life.
- Help seniors enjoy their day with compassionate care, genuine companionship, and support that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
