About The Position
At Right at Home SLC, we help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver in West Valley. In this role, you will provide care and support with dignity, compassion, and respect, helping improve the quality of life of those you serve. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and car
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with hygiene and mobility
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Providing transportation to appointments or outings
- Giving medication reminders
- Building meaningful connections that foster well-being
Benefits
- Competitive pay: minimum $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
- Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
