We aim to keep assignments within about 30 minutes of your home when possible, though some local travel may be required. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement apply between client visits. Flawless Family Home Care is a locally owned home care agency providing non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We serve individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and supportive assistance based on individualized care plans. Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable and consistent attendance
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Willing to complete background checks and onboarding

Responsibilities
