Caregiver for Residential Program
About The Position
This role involves providing care for individuals in a residential program. Each day, caregivers will help people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with those they serve. The position requires initiative to help participants engage with the community and enjoy activities, as well as supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Caregivers will assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
