About The Position

CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver for a client in Bloomfield Hills. This position is ideal for someone comfortable providing hands-on care and looking for consistent hours with a supportive team. This position requires a caregiver who is reliable, attentive, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible van
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable phone for scheduling and communication
• TB test required (may be completed after interview)
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist with transfers throughout shift

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hoyer lifts preferred
• Experience with PEG tube care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, dressing, and hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as directed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assist with transfers and mobility support
• Accompany client to appointments and outings
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the office team
