About The Position
We are hiring caregivers for 6-8 hour shifts, multiple days a week. This schedule allows caregivers to settle in, learn client preferences, and become a consistent presence in their day. We offer steady hours, a steady paycheck, and steady people. You will help seniors stay safely in their own homes by assisting with bathing and dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and providing a steady, familiar face throughout the day. We match you to the right client and provide detailed information about their needs before you start. We are a local, independently owned agency that values our caregivers and provides support when needed.
Requirements
- Six months of caregiving experience (caring for a family member counts)
- California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register
- Current TB clearance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
