About The Position
Right at Home is hiring caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in Hoover, Alabama. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment. Shifts may be full-time or part-time, long or short, and scheduled on weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, or overnight.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and other daily activities.
- Prepare meals and perform cleaning.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide transportation and companionship.
