Caregiver (Flexible/Float)
About The Position
This is a float position that varies between 32-40 hours per week. The caregiver must be available for all overnights (awake and asleep), mornings, and evenings as needed. This position requires travel to multiple cities including Prior Lake, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, and Woodbury. The role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license for at least one year (post-permit)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Registration record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
