About The Position
The primary role of this position is ensuring seniors are socially engaged, having fun with movement, cognitively challenged, and finding joy during their day. This role is within a team environment and may involve other duties necessary in Day Center operations, including light housekeeping duties. The company is described as the fastest growing Senior Adult Day Care Center in Johns Creek, GA.
Requirements
- Valid GA State Driver’s License with clean record
- Valid TB Clearance
- At least 1 year Caregiving Experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Senior Care / Activities Experience
- Willing to drive a minivan for center operations
Responsibilities
- Leading vibrant activities developed by director
- Serving meals, playing games, art, music & engaging in conversation
- Significant social engagement with Members
- Driving company vehicles to transport seniors to/from the Day Care Center
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Providing Home Care services
- Other duties necessary in Day Center operations including light housekeeping duties
