Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification.
Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety for clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and/or other cognitive impairments.
Assisting clients with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs for companionship.
