This role offers top pay rates starting at $16.00 per hour and provides opportunities for career growth in a growing industry. We are hiring for all shifts.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish.
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and/or other cognitive impairments.

Responsibilities

Providing cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
Assisting clients with personal care needs such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
Helping maintain a safe, calm, and organized home environment through basic housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.
Providing transportation for clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offering companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.
