About The Position
Covey is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. For over 70 years, Covey has been serving and supporting adults with disabilities and their families across the Fox Valley. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (company will pay)
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record check (required for some 1st shift roles)

Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, eating)
- Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
- Administering medications (training provided)
- Documenting daily activities and progress
- Creating a safe, welcoming environment—whether that be inside of our homes or out in the community
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
- Being the reason someone smiles, laughs or learns something new
- Making someone’s day…each and every day
