About The Position
Every day, Senior Helpers caregivers make a lasting impact that betters the lives of our clients and their families. As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one personal care to help our clients remain safe and independent in their homes. We match your expertise to the seniors you will care for. This position is ideal for a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys helping others, takes pride in making a difference, and is interested in professional growth within the company.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
- Passion for helping others.
- Enjoyment of customer service and client communication.
- Desire to help the community and make a difference in someone's life.
Responsibilities
- Provide a helping hand to clients.
- Engage in fun and meaningful conversations with clients to build relationships.
- Participate in clients' favorite hobbies such as scrapbooking, gardening, or playing games.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist clients with daily activities of living, including walking and dressing.
- Report on completed activities and provide updates on clients' physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
