About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a weekend Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for male and female seniors and adults with disabilities. Morning shifts are available. The role supports clients’ quality of life through companionship and assistance with daily activities, personal care, and other needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Transport clients to appointments or outings.
Provide medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who complete required documents.
Mileage reimbursement between client visits if visits are under one hour apart.
