About The Position

Right at Home of Central Oregon is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, post-operative patients, and elderly individuals from diverse backgrounds. Work is available in Redmond, Bend, and surrounding Central Oregon communities. Applicants must be willing to work in both Redmond and Bend; some or all shifts may require travel to Bend and nearby areas. Caregivers provide hands-on personal care and help clients with medications, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Other duties include meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and additional assistance as needed. Experience with hospice care, dementia, or Alzheimer's support is a plus, but training is available. Part-time and full-time positions are offered, with pay of $20–$23 per hour based on experience, availability, and location.

Requirements

A compassionate heart.
Reliable transportation.
A clean driving record.
Ability to pass an extensive background check, including a motor vehicle records check.
Caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training is available.
Willingness to work in both Redmond and Bend, including surrounding areas.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hospice care.
Experience supporting people with dementia or Alzheimer's.

Responsibilities
