Requirements
- Bring a friendly and encouraging approach to each day.
- Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.
- Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.
- Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
- Be available to work the assigned day shift schedule, including every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
- Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
- Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
- Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
