About The Position
Caregivers provide essential support to seniors, ranging from companionship and light housekeeping to personal care and hygiene assistance. Tasks may include helping with errands and meal preparation, providing medication reminders, assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting, offering companionship and emotional support, and light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment. The role offers flexibility in choosing clients and schedules, with free training available to earn official Home Health Aide certification.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
- Respectful, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to get to client locations
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
