About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. The company, serving the Phoenix area since 2010, offers flexible hours and locations in Tempe, South Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Caregivers will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping, and assist with transportation. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Clear TB test or chest x-ray
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for seniors wherever they call home
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Follow individualized care plans often focused on dementia care
