About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Sequim, WA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full- or part-time Caregivers. This role involves making a meaningful impact in the community by providing care to clients with disabilities, including those requiring heavier care. The position offers flexible scheduling for all shifts (morning, afternoon, evenings, weekdays, weekends, fill-in, full-time, and part-time). Responsibilities include assisting clients with bed care, wash-ups/dressing, and positioning. KWA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, dedicated to serving diverse communities through various programs and services such as senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. Requirements

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
