About The Position

We are growing and seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team! Whether you are looking for a stable full-time career or a flexible part-time schedule, we have an opening that fits your life. We offer competitive base pay, shift differentials for afternoon and night shifts, and an extra $1.00/hour premium for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)! We operate on three standard 8-hour shifts. All positions include a rotating weekend schedule. 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $19.30/hour (CNA rate: $20.30/hour) 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $20.05/hour (CNA rate: $21.05/hour) 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $20.30/hour (CNA rate: $21.30/hour) Choose Your Commitment Level: Full-Time: 5 days a week (60+ hours per bi-weekly pay period) Part-Time: Roughly 3 days a week (40–59 hours per bi-weekly pay period)

Requirements

Prior caregiving experience (personal, professional, or familial) is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
CNA License: Not required, but highly rewarded with an extra $1.00/hour.
Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule is required.
High empathy, strong communication skills, reliability, and patience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate daily care and companionship to residents.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Monitor and report any changes in resident health, behavior, or needs.
Collaborate warmly with residents' families and our healthcare team.
