About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for 6-hour Day shifts, Monday-Friday (10AM-4PM) in Crown Point, Pacific Beach. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. This role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. Your role will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Assist with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Provide Hourly Care.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
