About The Position

This position requires someone who has a Driver's License for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean Motor Vehicle Registration record that meets Sevita's insurability policy. Each day, you'll be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Must be available for all overnights (awake and asleep), morning, and evenings as needed.
• Required to travel to the following cities - Prior Lake, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove and Woodbury.
