We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Caregivers at The Gardens at Quail Springs to support our residents across all shifts. This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage to ensure high-quality care and support at all times. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Engage with residents and build trusting relationships.
• Adapt to community routines and procedures.
