About The Position
Home Instead is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! If you have a heart for helping older adults live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes, we'd love to hear from you. We offer flexible part-time shifts in Carlisle and Indianola.
Requirements
- Compassion and dependability.
- Experience with personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility support, and standby assistance.
- Experience supporting individuals living with dementia or memory-related conditions.
- Comfortable working in dog-friendly homes.
- Reliable transportation is required for some client assignments.

Benefits
- $17/hour starting pay
- Weekend premium (10:00 PM Friday–10:00 PM Sunday)
