About The Position

Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Caregiver role at the Red Mountain Group Home involves helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This position focuses on developing meaningful relationships with the individuals served, empowering them to be part of the community, and supporting their participation in favorite activities. Caregivers assist participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting with personal hygiene and providing support to individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
