About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Londonderry, NH and surrounding communities. We offer short and long shifts, flexible schedules, and opportunities to build a schedule that works for you. We offer weekly orientation on site, and you can leave orientation with a full schedule of available hours! Daytime and overnight hours available. Weekday and weekend shifts available. Part-time and full-time opportunities. New to home care? FREE Home Health Aide training and certification may be available!

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring and compassionate attitude
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
• Dependable transportation to reach assigned client locations
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals
• Helping with errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Following the client's care plan
• Reporting changes in the client's condition when needed
