About The Position

We are hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants to support seniors and individuals in their homes throughout the Hartford, CT area. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time caregivers to provide one-on-one care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Run errands and grocery shopping for clients
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety
