About The Position

BrightStar Care of Southern Orange County is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to clients in Newport Coast and surrounding areas. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal plans.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Caregiving Experience or CNA, HCA, HHA, PCA, DSP.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen.
• Ability to commute to Newport Coast, CA 92657 (Required).

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HCA, HHA, PCA, DSP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Offer transportation for appointments, errands, and emergencies.
• Assist with activities, mobility, and light walking or exercise.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support with meal preparation.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
