Caregiver at The Peninsula Regent. Your shift will center around helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. You'll provide hands-on personal care and medication support for residents in both Assisted Living and Independent Living, respond to call lights, assist with mobility and daily activities, and help residents enjoy meals, walks, and community activities. You'll also document care, communicate with your team during shift changes, and adapt to changing resident needs throughout the day. This role keeps you moving, working collaboratively, and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives every shift. We believe in developing our team members. Caregivers will also have the opportunity to receive training to become a Medication Technician (Med Tech), gain experience working with both Assisted Living and Independent Living residents, and expand clinical and resident care skills while working alongside an experienced Health & Wellness team. New team members complete Relias learning modules and receive training on our documentation systems, medication processes, and community procedures.
