Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and or meet Indiana state requirements for hiring
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance
• A true passion for helping others
• A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
• Openness to feedback and personal growth
• TB Test; 2 weeks if not completed

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful connections
• Assist with daily activities, companionship, and personal care
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders and transportation support
• Other duties as assigned
