About The Position
This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a dependable caregiver to provide hands-on support for a wonderful woman in her home. This role includes assistance with daily routines, personal cares, mobility, and hygiene. She has a warm and playful personality, enjoying activities such as listening to music and audiobooks, and socializing. This position is ideal for someone patient, reliable, and physically capable, with caregiving experience.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal cares: bathing, dressing, toileting, hair styling, and teeth brushing.
- Ability to assist with transfers. Repositioning when needed.
- Prepare and serve meals that align with member's diabetic dietary needs.
- Administering medications when needed
- Assist with errands to include transportation to doctor's appointments.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
