Requirements
- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
- Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands
- Document and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
